Artist's Statement by Nicholas Mathios

As a fine artist specializing in an impressionistic style, I create original acrylic landscape paintings, seascape paintings, still life scenes and portraits. Much of my work depicts scenes I have visited in the United States, Greece and Italy. You will also find flower still life paintings, that employ the impressionistic art techniques that I favor. Original paintings are offered when available, as are limited edition fine art reproductions on artistic paper and canvas of all of my subjects in the most desired sizes.
